WE NEED ENTREPRENEURS WHO TAKE MORE SUSTAINABLE RESPONSIBILITY!

We are convinced that the necessary change can only succeed with committed companies. That is why we need companies that have solutions and products that have a positive effect on our planet and our society.

The impact on our planet can be represented by the nine planetary boundaries by Prof. Johann Rockström (Resilience Institute Stockholm). We differentiate between the effect of product manufacture and product use until the end of life.

 

The effect on society is described by: (1) organization in the company (governance) and (2) the use of the product in society. Based on the Doghnut Economics by Prof. Kate Raworth (Oxford University).

Our study of the german 30 DAX companies in the 2019 financial year shows that despite  the efforts, the current business models have not yet a sufficiently positive impact on the planet and society.

 

We see great potential for companies that are consistently aligning their business models with the planet and society.

From years of experience in management positions, we know that current management approaches are too one-dimensional and fall short.

 

We have found each other as an interdisciplinary team of strategists, managers, sociologists, personnel and psychologists to leave the beaten track and to implement a new, sustainable and effective approach.

 

We start with purpose and strategy. A business model that is consistently and sustainably geared to customer & stakeholder needs is the foundation. Empowerment of the organization enables the implementation and achievement of goals.
