# 5: EMPOWERMENT (ongoing)
Leadership & organization: self-organization as a driver.
Setting an example and convincing managers is an essential part of ensuring that the purpose is successfully implanted in the company's DNA.
In step 5, a corresponding “tool kit” is developed and the managers are prepared accordingly.
This is not about general phrases, but about concrete measures to support the purpose. E.g. changes in production or supply chain, but also improvements in cooperation etc.
