Breakfast seminar on leadership in the new world

Updated: Nov 19, 2021

Christopher Weber-Fürst invites you to a 2-hour breakfast seminar. It's about being explorers like Vasco Da Gama, Marco Polo, Roald Amundsen and Neil Armstrong, who have done what no one has done before. To find out which countries and opportunities lie ahead of us. Lead your company into the future after the pandemic: into a sustainable and grandchildren-friendly economy.

We must not lose any time and must therefore act as quickly as possible. Together we want to work on a mission for nature, people and successful business. Let's take a metaphor: Imagine we are on a mission to Mars and we are off course. Together we have to realign our forces in order to get back on the right track. We have been hired to do this job. Since arriving on Mars at the right time is critical, we put our "spaceship" back into orbit before it is too late. In doing so, certain protocols must be followed. In our case, it's about the crew and the organization. Why do we want to take this approach? Because it's about acting now.

Why is there a need for action?

Harris Interactive Inc. recently surveyed 23,000 full-time employees in key industries and functions in the US to highlight the inability of companies to focus on and execute on their highest priorities. Here are the answers:

If the companies were a soccer team, then:

  • Only one in five players was enthusiastic about the team's goals.

  • Only one in five players said they have a clear "line of sight" between their duties and the team's goals.

  • Only two out of eleven players are interested in the team.

  • Only two out of eleven players know what position to take and what exactly to do. And all but two of the eleven players would in some way be playing against their own team rather than their opponents.

  • Only four out of eleven players would know which goal is their own.
