Today we had an online workshop with SAPOnaturell on marketing. There it was worked out how a small start-up without a large marketing budget has to position itself in terms of sales and marketing if it wants to expand its customer base. Existing marketing and sales channels were discussed and critically questioned. Every marketing and sales activity should be carried out with a concrete objective. The most important learning within the 2 hours was that concrete target values have to be agreed regarding turnover, dealers and target group. A concrete business plan with quantifiable parameters and the importance of the individual touchpoints are the next necessary steps. SAPOnaturell thanked Oliver Mehwald from The Future Circle for the food for thought and very specific advice on how to move forward with the company.
